When a property is on the market, you never know the story behind why the client is leaving and what they loved about it. I have a cute studio condo in the Madrid Condominiums right off The Country Club Plaza. Below are my clients thoughts on her unit and why she is moving:
Dear potential buyer. This photo is of my inexpensive and cheerful home. I was very happy there for 5 years and only moved because I’m getting married. Happy memories include short walks to the Plaza and Brookside, relaxing by the pool, keeping warm without worry in the winter because heat is included in HOA dues and a view of the Nelson-Atkins from my patio. I hope you love it as much as I do.
